Embracer Group has published its interim report for Q1 (April–June 2026), reporting net sales of SEK 3,943 million and Cash EBIT of SEK 47 million. Net sales were up 24 percent, or 33 percent organically.
This was the first quarter reported as two segments — Embracer and Fellowship Entertainment — ahead of the planned 2027 spin-off. The company reiterated its full-year Cash EBIT outlook of at least SEK 1.0 billion. Net cash was SEK 3.5 billion.
On the games side, Embracer said Metro 2039 had reached 1 million wishlists, the fastest in group history, and will be playable at Gamescom. Metro 2039 and Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis are both slated for February 2027. Dawn of War IV was moved to Q3, with a 3 December release.
