Embracer Group AB reported an increase in the number of shares and votes following the issuance of shares related to earn-out consideration payments.
The company said its number of B shares and votes increased by 75,162, and its share capital increased to approximately SEK 1,907,109.97.
As of 30 April 2026, Embracer stated it has 228,853,127 shares outstanding, comprising 9,000,000 A shares (ten votes each) and 219,853,127 B shares (one vote each), for a total of 309,853,127 votes.
Embracer also disclosed that it holds 5,580,294 own B shares as of the same date.
