Embracer Group has published its interim report for Q4 (January–March 2026), reporting net sales of SEK 3,931 million and adjusted EBIT of SEK 360 million for the quarter. The company reported cash flow from operating activities of SEK 1,454 million and said free cash flow after changes in working capital was SEK 883 million for the period. For the full year (April 2025–March 2026), Embracer reported net sales of SEK 15,906 million and adjusted EBIT of SEK 905 million, alongside a free cash flow figure of SEK 50 million after changes in working capital. In CEO comments included in the release, Embracer also discussed a planned spin-off of Fellowship Entertainment in calendar year 2027 and said it expects Cash EBIT of at least SEK 1.0 billion for FY 2026/27. The report includes segment-level sales splits and other key performance indicators for the quarter and full year.
