Stillfront Group AB (publ) has announced a change to the composition of its Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2026. The company said that Roger Storm, representing Handelsbanken Fonder, has resigned from his position with immediate effect. Following the change, the Nomination Committee consists of Christian Wawrzinek (appointed by Laureus Capital) and Mohamad Haj Hasan (appointed by Knuth Capital). The announcement concerns the committee’s composition ahead of the upcoming AGM.
