The letter describes a planned structure with two separate business segments, with Fellowship positioned as an IP-led entertainment company and Embracer as a more decentralized group of businesses. Wingefors states that the goal is increased management focus and clearer investor communication, and notes that overall corporate costs are not expected to increase as a result of the separation. The letter also describes strategic priorities for Fellowship including game development cadence and expanded licensing activities, alongside a focus on execution ahead of the planned listing. Embracer says further details will be provided as the process progresses toward the intended separation.
